Today, I danced in class, and I didn't get corrected for my "ballet" moves. Finally!

I did not work out today.

P90X Core Synergistics Workout Results:

Saturday, May 29
I did not work out today. "Aunt Flo" arrived; it's been 44 days since my last menstrual cycle so I was surprised. EMAO is the last thing I want to do when I have major cramps.

Mari Winsor Pilates (Pilates of the Fit & Famous) Workout Results:
